Solution

We build an alternate Data Center with the best IT infrastructure, including firewalls, controls, and all perimeter security and intrusion prevention solutions. This included various cybersecurity controls and cryptographic equipment.

Identification and implementation of a risk management system (GRC).

We achieved to carry out their banking transactions safely by implementing robust cryptographic algorithms between the branches and the Data Center.

Challenge

Propose changes to its tax strategy, obtain the Authorized Certificate Provider (PAC) distinction, reduce its invoice generation costs, maintain the confidentiality of its supplier payment operations, and improve its response to IT incidents.


Solution

Implementation of an invoicing application, perimeter security infrastructure, access to critical resources, control systems, and event management. Contracting Field Services 2.0 to address its IT requirements.


Result

The client achieved its objective, obtaining authorization for self-invoicing, maintaining confidentiality of its financial operations, and keeping related costs at acceptable levels.

Conclusion

BuroMC's Field Services 2.0 service is a solution to our clients' operational challenges. Prior to its implementation, our client faced a lack of specific attention to end-user needs, which impacted on the daily operation by failing to adequately address issues such as computer equipment failures and cybersecurity deficiencies.

However, since adopting Field Services 2.0, significant improvements have been observed. In addition to resolving basic technical issues, the service has closed significant cybersecurity gaps, implementing controls and protocols to prevent attacks and ensuring information security.

We are currently the primary cybersecurity advisor across multiple controls and layers within the client's architecture.
